Ashley Rainer

B.S. Kinesiology, NASM-CPT, P1 Nutrition, ACSM-CPT, CF-L1, USAW-L1

Ashley was raised on a dairy farm in Green Bay, WI. Hard work was instilled in her at a very young age. Sports became her hobby; track and field, basketball, and soccer were among some that she participated in. During college at University of Wisconsin Eau Claire she realized her passion for fitness and nutrition while working with her clients and seeing them transform both physically and mentally. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry she is confident working with all ages from beginners to advanced for anything from weight loss and performance to nutrition.

Tim Rainer

B.S. Allied Health, CPT, CSCS, CF-L1, USAW-L1

Tim was raised in Mount Vernon, Ohio and found fitness during high school and through his college baseball career at Otterbein University. Having dealt with chronic pain from breaking his lower back and learning to overcome it he is confident he can help anyone achieve their goals and have an improved quality of life. He has been training for over 10 years and has helped all age ranges and goals along the way. Tim competes in everything from Powerlifting, Crossfit and Obstacle Course Racing and always believes in developing habits that will keep you successful for a lifetime.

Austin Gaskell

B.S. Exercise Science, ACSM-CPT, NSCA-CSCS, USAW-L1

Austin entered the fitness industry early in his life. His love of fitness began soon after a football injury at the age of fifteen. During and after recovery he stumbled into his local YMCA just for fun, but quickly discovered a newfound love of exercise and wellness. Austin became a personal trainer the moment he graduated high school and continued his education into the field by enrolling in the Exercise Science program at Middle Tennessee State University. Since then, he has traveled nationwide to learn the newest advances in the science of human performance, earning several certifications and working in a diverse realm of fitness facilities. Austin is a 7 year veteran in the industry and strides to provide the best possible training to anyone seeking a healthier and stronger lifestyle.

Ashley Rainer is an incredible personal trainer. Ashley has taken the time to understand and customize my workouts. She is very talented and has a wide range of options to help with strength, conditioning and proper technique. Her knowledge and passion get me through every workout and motivated to keep moving forward with my fitness and nutrition goals.

I want to share my appreciation for Tim Rainer. I am a cancer survivor and have struggled with some of the after-affects of my treatment. I battle with Lymphedema in my hip, lower back and down my leg on a daily basis. I’ve seen several doctors and none of them could really help me. I was sent to a couple different physical therapists who would do lymphatic massages and I would feel a little better for a day but then it came right back. I finally decided that if I am going to be in pain no matter what, I want to get my butt back to the gym and start working out. That is when I met Tim. Tim was able to help me so much more than any doctors. After a couple months with Tim, I woke up one morning in no pain. ZERO PAIN! I have more mobility than I’ve had in a couple of years and feel like I am ready to take on the world. Tim listened to me.
